Being located in a central area of the region, it is an ideal point for excursions throughout the Valley. A semi-detached green-built villa in a very quiet and peaceful hilly area just a few kilometers from Aosta. The furnishings are completely new, elegant and modern, with special attention paid to the sustainability of the materials and products available to guests. The house accommodates up to 5 people. It consists of an entrance hall, large living area with kitchen and living room, two bedrooms-one double with walk-in closet and one with two single beds-two bathrooms with showers and smart working area. From the living area there is access to a balcony, a large terrace with gazebo and barbecue, and a private garden. The whole house enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains thanks to large windows facing north and west. There is also ample covered and uncovered parking available on the property for guests. To complete your stay at Maison du Renard to the fullest, a spa area with hot tub, sauna, showers and relaxation area is exclusively available to guests. The hosts will be your neighbors, quiet and reserved, but available for any needs. Only small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed for an extra charge.
