La Maison du Renard is located in Sarre, just 5 km from Aosta, in a peaceful hillside area away from road noise and centrally positioned for exploring the entire valley. The semi-detached villa is built with eco-friendly principles, featuring new, elegant, and modern furnishings with special attention to sustainable materials. The house accommodates up to 5 guests and includes an entrance, a spacious living area with kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms (one double with walk-in closet and one with two single beds), two bathrooms with showers, and a smart working area. From the living area, you access a balcony, a large terrace with gazebo and barbecue, and a private garden. Large north- and west-facing windows offer panoramic mountain views. As an eco-friendly home built with sustainable principles, it features an energy-efficient underfloor heating and cooling system: not a traditional air conditioning unit, but a radiant system integrated throughout the property, chosen for its sustainability. Guests have access to ample covered and uncovered parking, and a wellness area with hot tub, sauna, showers, and a relaxation zone reserved exclusively for guests (the SPA is not included for one-night stays). The owners live nearby, discreet yet always available. Only small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed, available for an extra charge.
